People nowadays are finding very difficult or having a lot of excuses to be healthy. The normal answers are
- no time
- a lot of work
- I'm a family man
- Ah! exercise is not for me
- today got special TV show
- will do it tomorrow
- i am ok, i am healthy
and much more. Are you having the problem when comes to exercise.

What a fun post. I would love it if we had a set of stairs that played tunes as we climbed them. What an innovative idea and yes…if we have more fun we would get up and get giggy with it!
I'll be sending my readers over here, they are always looking for ways to get up and move so they can lose those extra pounds hanging around.
Thanks for an excellent article, too. Confronting the problem, i.e. excuses, is half the battle. Once we admit we have a problem, we can change it with determination and time.
